Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

At NITIX Digital Co., we strive for transparent client partnerships and exceptional performance delivery. Because digital marketing and software development involve customized manual labor, strategy consulting, and technical resource allocation, this Cancellation & Refund Policy establishes explicit guidelines for all services and course admissions.

2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, Social Media & Ads Management)

Our monthly retainer services operate on cyclical execution schedules. Clients may cancel recurring monthly retainer agreements at any time by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle by emailing [email protected].

Retainer fees for active, ongoing service months where strategy, audits, content, or ad management have already been executed are non-refundable.

3. Custom Web Development & Branding Projects

Web engineering and brand identity design projects follow structured milestone phases (e.g., Wireframing, UI/UX Design, Frontend Coding, Backend Integration, and Final Quality Assurance):

• Pre-Kickoff Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before work has commenced, a refund of the initial deposit minus a 10% administrative onboarding fee will be issued.
• Milestone Cancellations: Payments made for project milestones that have been reviewed, developed, and delivered are non-refundable. Any unworked future milestones will not be billed.

4. Non-Refundable Expenses

The following costs incurred on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable:

• Paid advertising budgets spent directly with media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads).
• Third-party costs including domain registrations, web hosting server rentals, commercial plugin licenses, or stock photography assets purchased specifically for client projects.

5. NITIX Digital Academy Refund Policy

Students enrolled in NITIX Digital Academy courses may request a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the announced cohort orientation date. Once cohort sessions or access to proprietary learning materials have commenced, tuition fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the client's original payment method or bank account through NEFT/RTGS/UPI.
